We do not reference specific institutions, organisations or individuals in any public-facing material without their explicit written consent. We do not use client names, logos, or engagement details for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Anonymised Engagement References

Where this Website references past analytical engagements, all identifying information has been removed or altered to prevent identification of the client institution. Sector references are provided solely to indicate the type of organisation served. Outcome metrics are drawn from actual engagements but are presented without contextual details that could identify the client.

Confidential Information Shared with Us

Any information shared with ProSmart Analytics in the course of an enquiry, proposal or engagement discussion is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish or disclose such information to any third party without the explicit consent of the person or organisation that provided it, unless required to do so by applicable law.
